In the upcoming year, Polish Americans will be helping to select the country’s next president. It is in this country that most of our fellow immigrants live. For the past month, we have watched the Republican party primary elections, which were to select a candidate that would run against President Barack Obama and the Democratic party.

As an organization, Polonia Semper Fidelis, will maintain its stance on the conservative side. The conservative side being the one whose values tend to be more based on Christian and Catholic values. Looking at the parties at hand, and that which would hold best the interests of our organization, would be the Tea Party. This group currently has candidates Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum.

Taking into consideration the possible results for the next American President and positive and negative consequences for both candidates, the United States division of Polonia Semper Fidelis therefore is highly supportive of Rick Santorum. As Polonia Semper Fidelis we endorse Rick Santorum to be next President of the United States of America, therefore we appeal to all our members and friends to vote for him in all states wherever Polish Americans are.
